A Downtown Gastropub Doing It From Scratch
At Sully's GastroPub, we build gourmet burgers on USDA Certified Angus beef — hand-pressed into ½-lb patties and grilled to order. We smoke our own pastrami and ribeye, bake our own breads, and make every single sauce in-house.
The result is an eclectic menu where American classics meet unexpected Japanese and gastropub twists — paired with craft beer, wine, and cocktails in the heart of downtown Idaho Falls.
